We’ve held a couple of masterclass sessions for our players and coaches in recent weeks. Our former junior and top Union player, Joe Ford, took a couple of players at age groups U12s and above for a field kicking session. Our junior coaches were given ideas for fun and beneficial training sessions with Elite Kids Coaching. It's the second time we've had brought them in to support our coahces.

 Meanwhile at open age and U18s level the club brought in Commando Joe's for some fitness and team buildin exercises.
