KEN IS NEW COACH KEN IS NEW COACH

The club can reveal its new first team coach is the former Workington and Bramley player Ken Kerr. The Aussie will combine the job with his role as coach of Wakefield Women. He's just returned to the UK from his home in New South Wales where he's had success coaching in the local league there.
He's met with the players at the club to set out his plans for the season.
Rangers Chairman Shane Wilson said; “We’re thrilled to have Ken on board and he brings a wealth of experience on both sides of the globe. I’m sure he’ll continue with the standards and levels brought in by Wes in recent seasons and replicate them if not better them.”
Ken married an Oldham girl and has previously lived in the town, helping to coach St Anne's for a season in 2006. He takes over from Wes Rogers who stepped down after two years at the helm.
