WRESTLEMANIA AT RANGERS! WRESTLEMANIA AT RANGERS!
The razzamataz of WWE is coming to Saddleworth (sort of) after the club managed to secure two cabins to create a padded fitness suite for our players to train in. An area has been cleared and it's hoped the new facility will be in place this month.
The two cabins have been kindly donated by Frank Rothwell, of Manchester Cabins, who's two grandsons play in our younger teams.
When the facility has been fully kitted out it can be used for floor wrestling to develop core strength and tackling technique as well as general circuit and fitness training.
Reports that 'The Rock' and John Cena have signed for Rangers are still unconfirmed though.

Club Secretary Pete Townsend said: "All the Super League clubs have padded training rooms like this for practicing their tackling and we've been working to get the finances in place to make this happen for a couple of years.
"We're really grateful to Frank for this donation. It will be a great facility for pre-season training especially and really benefit our players on the pitch."
Meanwhile, the new posts and dug outs are due to arrive in the next couple of weeks with the intention of them being installed as soon as possible. The groundsman also says the grass on the extended section of our pitch is now established and ready for marking out.
